2、能独立完成新产品的结构设计、开发、打样、验证及产品试做跟踪一直到达量产阶段；
3、主要负责公司排插、转换器、电源线及相关电器产品的结构设计、开发、试产与量产支持，确保产品在结构合理性、安全性、可靠性、成本控制及生产效率方面达到最优。
4、熟练运用ProE 或其他精通的3D软件及Auto cad 制图软件。

1、熟悉三星、雅马哈等贴片机及AOI设备操作，机器编程、调试、机器维修和保养，常见故障排除处理及操作人员的培训。
2、负责SMT生产工艺技术支持，设备、工艺问题进行处理和跟进。
3、SMT效率提升，品质管控。
4、具有较强的动手能力和分析能力，工作仔细，有责任心，能完成上司安排的具体工作。

1.检验标准体系的建立与维护 :主导建立、修订和维护公司从原材料到成品的全过程检验标准体系，
2.新产品开发质量保证：深度参与新品开发项目、主导制定新产品的质量计划、负责新产品试产阶段的质量跟踪、数据分析，并主导完成首件检验报告
3.量产产品质量维护 :持续监控量产产品的质量表现，针对现有产品的质量问题，及时更新和优化检验标准，并推动改善；产品设计变更（ECN/ECR）的质量评估，确保变更后的产品质量符合标准。
4.跨部门协作与培训 ：与研发、生产、采购等部门紧密协作，推动质量问题的闭环解决。
对检验人员进行检验标准、测量工具使用及缺陷判定的专业培训和指导。

PE工程师:

具备电力相关专业知识和技能，如电气基础、电路分析等。

定期进行设备检查，及时发现并处理电气问题。
参与电气工程的安装、调试和维护工作。
根据系统需求编写电气图纸和技术文档。

2. Interfaces with mechanical engineers responsible for usability, industrial design and compliance.
3. Assists with the electrical engineering tasks in specific projects at DG and support corresponding German colleagues on electrical related topics.
4. Qualify suppliers of PCBA, cable harness and electrical components.
5. Assists with the development of electrical requirements.

Responsibilities:
1. Overall plan and manage Integrated Management System (e.g QMS,EMS etc) in Hong Da, to ensure system compliance to the international standards, Miele Headquarter, SDA BU and Hong Da’s requirements.
2. Ensure the effectiveness of company integrated management system through periodical internal, external audit and management review.
3. Miele management system introduction and maintenance (for example, ESD management).
4. Identify possible opportunities to continuous improvement management system in the company.
5. Optimize and digital Department/Section process and workflow.
6. Conduct and introduce management system related training and instruction.
7. Lead and organize customer audits to ensure compliance to their requirements.
8. Lead and organize product safety factory inspection, e.g. TUV, DEKRA, VDE etc;
9. DCC Management ：define control methods of documented information within the company, to ensure it may be effective controlled and to obtain the applicable and effective document as well at the point of use.
10. Any other tasks are assigned by the HOD.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or equivalent.
2. At least 10 years related quality management system experience in ISO 9001field, with rich experience on 0 to 1 system setup or new standard upgraded.
3. Technical Expertise:
4. Familiar with ISO standard, such as ISO9001, ISO14001etc, ISO9001 is a must.
5. Working experience in Management system/DCC field.
6. Be familiar with quality improvement tools such as QC 7 Tools,8D, QCC, CIP etc;
